Best free AI video generator
Descript, HeyGen, Krea, MagicLight, Pippit and SceneMixer say both: there is a free allowance, and no card is needed to start. Ten more say one of the two. The count reads pricing pages and not the size of the allowance. As of 2026-09-25. The rule below was written before the places were computed, and no maker pays to be listed.
1Free, and free to start
A search for a free AI video generator is mostly about two things: whether anything can be made without paying, and whether a card has to go in before trying. A tool scores a point for each that its pricing page states. How big the allowance is sits on the free-plan field page; here a one-time grant and a daily one count alike.
2The plan table
Inclusion rule. Makers among the 27 in the register whose pages state at least one of the points listed above; the eleven with none are left out. Order. Descending by points; ties share a rank and break alphabetically.

Inclusion rule. Each row is one point from the list above, with every maker whose own pages state it, in the order of the ranking.
4What two points leave out
A free start with no card can still carry a watermark or rule out commercial use, and an allowance that comes back every day goes further than one granted once; each tool's wording is in the free plan readings.
Eleven of the 27 tools state neither on the pages read and are not listed.

Both points come from the free plan field. The plan-limits table covers the paid side, and the free movie maker table asks what a free start keeps; all start from the plan rankings.
