Best AI video creation software subscription
Runway states eight of the nine points and SceneMixer follows with seven. The count reads what plan pages say; it prices nothing and ranks no plan as better value. As of 2026-09-25. The rule below was written before the places were computed, and no maker pays to be listed.
1Nine details, one point each
Part of choosing among AI video generator tools is reading the plan behind each one. The register keeps nine plan details for every one, and this table counts all nine instead of choosing: how many generations run at once, whether any free credits or a free plan exist, whether projects are capped, which queue lanes there are, how long files stay, what becomes of unused plan credits, how seats and collaborators work, what storage a plan includes and whether extra credits can be bought. A tool earns a point for each one its plan pages state.
- Says how many generations run at once
- Gives free credits or a free plan
- Says whether projects are capped
- Describes a priority lane or a slow lane
- Says how long files stay and what deleting does
- Says what happens to unused plan credits
- Says how seats or collaborators work
- Says what storage a plan includes
- Sells extra credits on top of a plan
2What a point asks for
A point goes to saying, not to being generous: a tool that counts seats per user earns the seats point as surely as one that includes seats in the plan, and a tool that says unused credits reset each cycle earns the rollover point exactly as one that keeps them. The free point is the one that needs the thing itself: a page must give free credits or a free plan, so a page that says there is no free plan, or only a free account with credits bought, earns nothing for it.
3The plan table
Inclusion rule. Makers among the 27 in the register whose pages state at least one of the points listed above; every one of them states at least one, so all 27 are listed. Order. Descending by points; ties share a rank and break alphabetically.

Inclusion rule. Each row is one point from the list above, with every maker whose own pages state it, in the order of the ranking.
5A lead of one point
Runway leads on eight points and SceneMixer follows on seven, a gap of a single reading, and a count of statements moves by one sentence on a plan page. The sparsest readings are project caps and file retention, stated by three and five of the 27 tools, so most of the table is decided by the other seven. The quotations under the table carry each tool's own words and the day they were read.
Every tool in the register states at least one of the nine points, so all 27 are listed.

Each point is one field of the register: generations at once, free plan, project caps, queue lanes, file retention, unused credits, seats, storage and extra credits. The plan-limits table counts five of them, the free-start table two and the keep-and-expire table four; all four open from the plan rankings.
